LOCATION:	Ridgemount Road, Tutira, northern Hawkes Bay, approximately 46 kilometers north of Whirinaki Mill and 58 kilometers from Port of Napier.

RATES:	$ 1562.55 Hastings District Council.
FOREST HISTORY:	Pinus radiata planted 1996. Managed under pruned saw log regime, pruned to 6.6 meters, 342 stems per hectare. Total stocking 866 (October 2004) stems per hectare. Final thinning required.
